General Terms and Conditions of Riding Culture for www.ridingculture.com
Area of application
Diese General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of products in the e-shop of Riding Culture and to all information, documents, graphics, films, music and/or all other services provided in the e-shop or by Riding Culture.
The drawings, illustrations, pictures, sample collections, information, technical data, weight, dimensional and performance descriptions shown are non-binding and deviations from the final product may occur. Prices and products are subject to change.
To use the E-STORE to its full extent, including the addition of items to the shopping cart and the payment process, you must set your browser to allow cookies and pop-ups.
The E-STORE is operated by Riding Culture, a company officially registered under Swiss law with the following address: THE ROKKER COMPANY AG, Viscosestrasse 64, 9443 Widnau. Commercial register no.: CH-114.040.242, VAT no. 687 030.
Conclusion of contract and withdrawal
By presenting our goods, you are requested to submit an offer to purchase in the form of an order. If we accept your offer or your order, you will normally receive an e-mail confirmation within one hour. Of course, we will also inform you by e-mail if we are not able to accept your order and if the goods are not available despite the acceptance of your order, we have the right to cancel the contract.
In this case we commit ourselves to inform you immediately about the unavailability of the ordered goods and will refund the purchase price immediately if your credit card or PayPal account has already been debited. Order quantities must correspond to normal household quantities.

Shipping and costs
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. For the delivery a valid telephone number which can be reached during the day is mandatory. If the recipient is not at home and cannot be reached due to an invalid telephone number, we abstain from charging the costs for a new delivery.
All deliveries within Switzerland will be sent by the Swiss Post, in the EU area by GLS or its partners. Please note that all information about delivery times and prices are without obligation for the Riding Culture.
If it should happen that an ordered item is no longer available in the warehouse intended for delivery, the delivery can be delayed for a few days. The country-specific value added tax is included in the sales prices and will be shown before the order is completed.
Payment and reservation of title
The payment can be made by credit card at the institutes MasterCard and Visa via SIX Payment Services Switzerland or via PayPal. This may result in additional costs for interbank commissions abroad of 1% to 2% of the order volume. These additional costs are charged directly to the customer. Until full payment has been received, the goods remain our property and will not be shipped.
You can return the received goods within 10 days by sending back the goods. For this purpose, you will find our returns form and instructions for returning the goods on our online shop www.ridingculture.com under Returns. The return costs are to be paid by the customer. If the return is not carried out according to our instructions and the goods are sent back to the wrong warehouse, we reserve the right to charge the sender/orderer for the additional costs incurred. The timely dispatch of the goods (postmark) is sufficient to meet the return deadline. If you make use of your right of return, the contract of sale will become void upon arrival of the goods at Riding Culture.
Warranty and Liability
For all products that can be purchased at Riding Culture, the warranty period is 12 months from the day the goods leave our premises. In warranty cases the products must be submitted directly to Riding Culture. The costs for returns are at the expense of the customer. The guarantee covers all defects occurring within the agreed guarantee period, provided that these are demonstrably caused by poor material or faulty manufacture. However, liability is limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement of the invoice value of the defective goods, at the discretion of the warrantor. Further claims of the buyer are excluded. In particular, Riding Culture is not liable for damages caused by improper use or natural wear and tear or for damages that did not occur on the delivered goods themselves (consequential harm caused by a defect). Changes or repair work carried out without our or the manufacturer's written consent

All contracts are subject excluding Swiss right. The place of jurisdiction is in St. Gallen Switzerland.
